Refurbishment of existing sash window to the front and back elevation
King St project – now the restaurant El Gato Negro
We worked with the main contractor and architects and refurbished the existing sash window to the front elevation and replaced glass with toughened safety glass . To the back elevation the windows were completely rotten and we had to make new complete box sash windows out of hardwood which we then fitted.
On this project the main contractor painted the windows on completion
